Do you take custom orders? I'll try my best to help if you have a request for a specific type of charm but if there is a charm on the site that you would like in a different colour, please feel free to specify your preference. What colours are available? If the colour you require is not listed in the drop-down menu, then select the option 'Other (please specify below)' and type a colour in the text box below. The full list of colours available is as follows: Red, orange, gold, brown/dark gold, lime green, dark green, baby blue, baby pink, purple, indigo, silver/clear, black and white. All the bead colours are visible in the animation in the left-hand sidebar.
How do I pay for my charms?
I currently accept Paypal. If you don't already have a Paypal account you can Sign Up here. If you wish to discuss alternative methods of payment, please contact me.
How much does postage cost?
UK Postage starts at £1.40 for Shopping Cart Totals of £5 and under. Up to £10 is an additional 20p. A 20p increment applies to each additional £5 spent up to a maximum postage of £2.20. Your postage details/costs are viewable in your Shopping Cart. Please note, your charms will be posted only after payment has been received.
When will I receive my charms?
Charms are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard post and if I have your charm(s) made and in stock, I aim to send them within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. Otherwise, I will contact you to inform you of how long it will take me to make them depending on the size of your order.
Do you post overseas?
Yes. Please contact me prior to purchase so that I can calculate shipping costs.

Bead Colours Available...
